The first interview was done via Zoom. Here I talked to a recruiter, he asked me questions to learn how I would go about solving a problem to see my design workflow. After a few of these problem solving questions we talked about my background with software engineering / programming. A couple days later LVT reached out to me about meeting in person with a team lead.
