Extremely easy. I believe my cover letter and resume spoke for themselves, thus the interview did not include many questions. It was mostly telling me about that specific facility, about the program, family's, children, staff. There were NOT many typical questions like "what is your greatest weakness/strength, etc." There weren't even any situational questions or scenarios asked about/given. Instead, the only typical interview questions I got asked was right at first "tell me about yourself," "why do you want to work here," "have you worked with a child care facility before," and "what are your salary requirements?" The interview lasted about 40 minutes, but they also showed me the classroom.
