Very conversational style, Store manager had a simple overview and elicited excitement and realistic expectations about hours /pay. The interview was very laid back and did not just jump right into typical interview questions. She got to know me first which was refreshing.

I interviewed with the store manager, and met other associates. learned about their training program. I met the assistant store manager and she interviewed me also. All this was on same day.

Very friendly, relaxed interview. Typical questions. Didnt feel stressed or intimidated. I was asked about previous experience and what i knew about the company and customer service scenarios and how i would handle them
