I applied through LinkedIn. After a month got 1 skype interview call. Pretty Decent questions were asked. Got next phone call after 1 month. Basic questions on Resume were asked. Got the last interview call with client after 20 days. This time there was more emphasis on the exact role of project scheduling/controlling. After continuous follow-up of weeks, finally got an offer letter. I negotiated the salary and took 1 week to accept the offer. Overall I felt the interview process was very interactive and on the outlook , it is pretty clear that Labella Associates is pretty choosy about candidates and makes sure that it hires the right one for the role.
