It was a phone call with an engineering manager. Honestly, it was kind of an awkward experience for me because I despise the MEP side of engineering, but the interviewer was really nice and really seemed to care about his work. Even gave me his email address without me having to ask. From the experience, it was easy to see that anyone who's passionate about this field would love this company
