I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process was very professional. Mike made sure that I had all of my questions answered and that I was comfortable with the process. I met with three different team members who each provided great background information on the company and the direction it was heading. This allowed me a chance to asks a ton of questions and truly understand the company culture.
Very conversational. Main questions that were asked were: "Why LaSalle?" "Why sales?" as well as past work experience. HR team was very helpful and responsive, and the people conducting the interviews were very easy to talk to.
Got a referral with one of the recruiters there.
Schedule a time to call but another recruiter called in15 minutes late.
Ask very basic info which is already in the resume, like your educational background...
Definitely do not recommend working with this staffing agency... no professional at all
