Throughout the interview process, I met with multiple individuals across a variety of areas within LaSalle Network. I initially interviewed with the internal recruiters, who then sent me in the direction of research at LaSalle. During this period, I was given an assignment to write two papers and put together a powerpoint presentation. Although it was a fair amount of work, it really forces you to learn everything there is to know about the company. This, for me, really helped cement the fact that this was the place I wanted to work. From there, I spoke with multiple individuals in the research department. I then had a phone interview, followed by a final interview in which I spoke with two more people. At this point, I received a job offer. As a whole, I had a great time speaking with everyone that interviewed me. It was very professional, and friendly. The internal recruiters did a great job at preparing me for interviews, and making sure I was comfortable and familiar with the process.
