I applied through other source. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in May 2016
Interview
Throughout my interview process, I met with multiple people within LaSalle Network. I initially had a 15 minute phone conversation with Tom (CEO), and came in a week later to meet with him and his CRO. My initial in-person interview was all based around my experience and accomplishments in the recruiting industry. Within minutes of walking into the office, I could see why LaSalle Network has a strong reputation. You can feel the energy and excitement from all of their employees. The following week I came back in to meet with the rest of the leadership team. I met with 4 of their leaders who were fantastic people with great personalities. They were truly interested in learning about me instead of drilling me with your typical interview questions. Reflecting back on my interview, I felt that the leadership team cares about their employees. I've been part of LaSalle for a month now, and it is evident that the leadership team care about the employees and will go out of their way to help anyone. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great company to apply here.
