I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2017

      Interview

I went through a series of 3 interviews. The first was with HR, the second was with who would be my manager and director, and the final was with the CRO and the CHRO. I was asked if I had any questions and often the interview would be more conversational than a series of typical interview questions.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2018

      Interview

I was recruited by an internal recruiter to come in for an in-person interview. The interview was about an hour long. The questions seemed a bit different than most interviews. It was more about my family and what they do, which was strange. The hiring managers were extremely nice however.
