LaSalle's hiring process is very thorough and intensive. As a candidate I had to commit time and ensure I completed extensive research about the organization and their team members. I have never undergone an interview process as such and realized the value of the process because I was able to really gain a full understanding of the organization, culture and team members. I enjoyed meeting the different team members and conversing not just about my background, experience and credentials but also who I am as a person. LaSalle's interview process allowed me to see that LaSalle doesn't just hire anyone and wants to ensure the new hire is a great culture fit.
