Put me through 3 rounds of interviews with 7 different people. The first 5 people were great. The last 2 people (the COO and CEO) were inappropriate and rude with their interview questions and process. After 3 rounds and hours of interviewing, didn't even have the decency to call or email about not getting the job. It's been weeks since I was told, "You'll hear back from us in a day or two." I've called for feedback. I've emailed to follow up... nothing in response.
