2 Interviews-first with an internal recruiter who asked more about background and resume and logistics
-Second was with CEO, required confident answers as it was also unorthodox, the CEO is looking to see if you are a good culture fit and can take criticism and coaching as that is a big part of learning and improving in general at LaSalle.
