The interview process at Lasalle is very thorough, during which you will meet with many members of the team at a variety of levels. It is typically a long process, but very worth it! From the moment you step in the office, you immediately feel the infectious energy and that what Lasalle is doing is truly something special.

They're not throwing you soft ball questions! You will have to be prepared to throughly discuss your background, describe "why Lasalle", as well as other questions regarding your characteristics, traits, etc. The C level execs interviewing me were brilliant, talented people, so be ready to talk to some very bright people who don't mess around in an interview!

It was really quick and casual. I interviewed before the long process they make you go through now. I originally interviewed as an external candidate for some of their job openings, but they thought I'd be an internal fit.
