Lab49 Developer interview questions

There was one phone screen where the person asked multiple choice questions. Then two technical phone screens - questions involving .net framework, garbage collection, delegates, multi-threading. Then they called in for face to face interview, in which I had 3 1:1 interviews. They look ask various questions related to designing of multi-threading app involving fast moving data. One involved making existing winforms solution respond faster/better to incoming high volume of real-time data. Another interview involved personality questions. Then after a week they called me in for fourth 1:1 which asked me to design a class. Overall people I met were professional and smart. They look for people who know technical stuff well how ever they also look for people with right experience which I think I did not have; especially working with fast moving data. Interview process is long and exhaustive.

The first screening test was taken by somebody, who said he is not technical and is looking for specific answers. So very objective and bit difficult to gauge whether what you are saying is making sense to that person or not.
