Initial interview was via the phone as a preliminary interview, then interviewed by a senior director by phone to check my knowledge and experience, followed by Three interviews with persons on site in sequence.

Three phone interviews, with the first being with HR and very basic, the second two being with different developers. Finally in-person interview with various employees.
