Interview
I applied for the position and had a phone interview for the Sales Coordinator job. After a successful interview, I was told they would actually consider me for a Sales Rep position in their 18-month training program, a higher up role with a better salary than what I had originally applied for.
I then had an interview with a sales manager in person, followed by a third interview with a VP of Sales. Feeling that each of these went well, and that they had recommended me for the higher position, I was surprised to hear from them weeks later (via US mail) that I didn't receive either of the positions.
