One 45-minute interview with a recruiter, where he would ask if you have pets. Do you like pets. Do you have problems with animal testing etc, then too much about their animal testing questions and their test facilities.
Had a 45-minute screening call with a recruiter which went reasonably well. After that, I followed up multiple times for an update and was eventually told the role was on a hiring freeze. A short while later, I received a generic “you have not been selected” rejection email — the same template apparently sent to all candidates, including those who’d been told the role was frozen. If the role was genuinely frozen, that’s a fair (if slow) reason. But sending a generic rejection afterwards to people already told something different is a poor, disorganised candidate experience. No real feedback given at any point.
