The process starts with phone screening first. And then after 2 weeks, I was called for an in person interview. The whole process was smooth and well organized. The recruiter was very nice and the interview was smooth.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp in Apr 2025
Interview
Hour-long Zoom call with two lab supervisors. Was asked questions for a bit less than half of it, then described the role and had a chance to ask my own questions. Interviewer seemed to have a prescribed list of things to ask, some of which didn't make a ton of sense (have I ever been asked to do something outside of my job description was the weirdest one). Both interviewers were respectful and kind.
Sr. Recruiter was unprofessional and horribly disorganized. Recruiter was unable to answer basic questions in regards to salary and scheduled hours. Once they did a phone screening, moved on to in person. Received offer from recruiter who was responsible for initial phone screening.
