I applied through Social Media seeing their Job Posting, I received a call where recruiter kept on calling continuously until I picked the call as I was in a meeting so could not talk on first ring.Later she asked me lot of questions and said I need to be slow as she was making notes on my profile. Later she said she will send an email and confirm the further Interview schedule but never reverted. I am not sure if she is aware that she is the person who is the face of the company for external people and had be very professional what she says or how she behaves. If she did not have to process it further, she would have informed that time itself saying " You do not fulfill the criteria what we are looking for."
