Interview
I submitted my profile around New Year's and within two days I received an e-mail from HR asking for me to submit a formal application. I received a call the next week for a quick phone interview with the HR Manager to set up an interview with the Head of the Lab and the Lab Team Leader for the next day. I had to do a manual skill test and a sit down quiz. Three weeks later I was offered the position.
The interview process was fairly easy. There was an initial phone screening with the recruiter followed by another interview with the hiring manager a week later. The questions asked were standard questions and the overall atmosphere of the interview was laid-back.
