2 Stage interview, HR round followed by Virtual Video Interview with Directors of Clinical Data Management at Covance. I got an offer from Covance. After I got an offer from the them, they provided the salary range. The range they offered to me for the position Clinical Data Manager-II was too low and hence I tried to negotiate with them. They retracted my offer back. So just be cautious, Dont try to negotiate your salary once you crack the interview. Just take what they are offering. Usually other companies dont retract the offer. They will just let you know if its possible or not to provide the salary that you are expecting. Some companies also bump up your salary and try to match with what other company is offering you. But surprisingly COVANCE retracted the offer. That' s not very professional and weird. Fortunately I had an offer from other company.
