Executive recruiter ghosted me! Following a strong initial phone screen with the Sr. Executive Recruiter, she shared that she wanted me to virtually meet with the hiring manager. Fantastic! After a few days, I received a message to call her, which I did first thing the next business day. Well, nearly two weeks later, she has yet to return my call or to return my email. This is not a positive reflection upon her nor the entire company!
