I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp in Sep 2014
Interview
Long day, started at 9am and finished at 4pm. Asked to do a presentation and group activity and they observe your behaviour and personality, there were also numerical and language tests. Halfway through the day they then tell people to stay or leave based on what they have seen, only then will you be interviewed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavioural interviewing. The interviewer will ask questions directed toward actual past experiences you have had in relation to a situation. One such question might be: "Give me an example of a time
when you needed to adjust quickly. What did you do and how did it turn out?"
