Labcorp Program Associate interview questions

Initial phone interview from head-hunter; then face-to-face with 3 different managers (1 hour each). Behavioral based questions. "Name a time when you.....and what was the result....?" Initial process seemed to go well, just never heard anything back from them. I think this is probably typical (it is becomming typical across the board, in all industries, unfortunately).
