Labcorp Senior Integrated Marketing Manager Pharma Pre Clinical interview questions

7/29/2022– Applied online 8/3/2022 – Recruiter reached out by email with some questions about my experience and asked for salary requirements. 8/4/2022 – I responded with my answers to the questions from the recruiter and the recruiter followed up the next day. She informed me the hiring manager really enjoyed my background and the answers to the questions and wanted to meet with me. I asked if my salary range was within the range for the role and she confirmed it was. We schedule an interview for the next week on 8/10. 8/10/2022 – I met with the hiring manager. Interview went well. We got through the interview, and I asked if there were any items, I could address that she may be on the fence about. The hiring manager told me my salary range was a bit too high for the role, which I thought was odd considering the internal Sr. Executive Recruiter previously confirm it was within the range. 8/24/2022 – I followed up with the recruiter to see if a final decision had been made. I never heard back from anyone. I didn’t even receive a generic email. I had to log into Labcorp Workday system to see the process for the position was complete.
