Transparency and timely communication are basic courtesies, especially after candidates invest significant time, effort, and emotional energy. This experience left me feeling that my time, energy, and—most painfully—hope were needlessly wasted. I genuinely believe the company needs to rethink how it treats candidates and improve accountability in its hiring process.
