It was incredibly easy. As long as you meet the qualifications and are able to tutor needed classes you should get the job. You go in and get asked a few basic questions (mainly about your school and subject experience) then they will likely just give you an offer there. It is possible you get a written test to test your skills in math. However, this is extremely basic.
