Standard behavioral based interview questions. They can do group interviews or group one on one interviews. I did a group one on one interview with QA manager, plant manager, HR manager and plant engineer. The interviewers then pool their questions and give a rating; hire or not hire. Overall, the interview process was pretty easy. No off the wall questions except what is my totem animal. Not quite sure what that was supposed to gauge, but still pretty easy.

Applied through university career fair. Phone interview with HR followed by QA Manager. On-site interview with 6 people in two rounds. They already had their questions ready...very specific questions...mostly behavior questions.. EXAMPLES ARE MUST IN EACH ANSWER....
