      VMI Analyst Interview

      Jun 17, 2010
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Minneapolis, MN
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Land O'Lakes (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2010

      Interview

The interview went very well. Although the questions that were asked were geared towards the position, they were "canned". It would have been nice to be able to just sit and talk about the position and what I could bring to the table. People (ok, maybe just me) tend to get nervous when answering questions about "what would you do" or "name a time when". It makes for a much more relaxed atmosphere is the interview can be more of discussion than a Q & A.

      Question 1

Name a time made a decision on a project that affected the entire company? (this isn't the exact question, but something like it)
