Interview
Had interview at 9 am. Pretty easy interview. There will be multiple people in a conference room. Some will come and go and not stay the entire time. They like you to meet as many people as possible. Lasted until 10 so about an hour. Took me around to meet people afterward. Large office so that took about 45 minutes. Very friendly people. Offer came a few weeks to a month later. Very informal. I did not negotiate salary, but you probably can if you have experience.

Interview
LandDesign has a core hiring team of 8-10 people, but in my experience only 2-3 people showed up for each interview. I had a virtual interview first and then an in person interview a few weeks later.
Call with HR first. Then an interview with the team. General interview questions, ask you to introduce yourself and do a presentation of your portfolio. Then the final interview is the the head leaders.
2 interviews first by phone with HR then in person with a group of people. Lunch after the interviews. You will hear back in a couple days usually. The process was straightforward and no surprises.
