3 weeks after applying for the aforementioned job, I received an email on a Wednesday from Landis+Gyr's HR out-of the US with the request to set-up a first interview for the Monday the week after. After answering positively, I get an email back with the demand to answer 3 questions by Friday per email (see below).
I work on these questions whilst actually being on vacation on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday evening Landis+Gyr cancels my interview with the promise to reschedule and find some new slots.
10 days fast forward. Not a beep. Complete radio silence. No explanation, nothing. I consider this just utterly disrespectful towards a possible future employee and find this a terrible candidate experience.
I do hope that people will read this candid review and that they will not fall into this trap of providing free consulting. Even when your motto is: "Sharing Knowledge is Power!"
There is also a positive note about all this: who wants to work for such a company?
