Hiring agency reached out to me. Initial interview then interview with hiring manager and third interview with 2 team members. The first two were normal, the company wanted to use looker, the third one was a real disaster with two accountants trying to ask questions about data analytics, data pipelines and looker specific solutions with absolute confidence! They had no clue whatsoever. Which rises a big red flag. I stopped the process immediately.
