Interview
Two stage face to face personality and skills based interview. Interviewed by Department lead, senior team member and human resources representative. Psychometric test conducted between 2 stages. 1st stage very relaxed and, I suspect, 'fit' based, second round more in deapth skills based questions and relatively probing scenario based questions which I believe were driven from the psychometric evaluation.
