Landis+Gyr Technical Implementation Manager interview questions

General Behavioral questions on how would one handle challenging situations and customer satisfaction. The Recruiter or HR messed up the interview. The overall experience with the company team was great. They never mentioned through out the process that the Job Title would be changed and when it was final negotiation, HR mentioned the Job Title would be changed to Technical Engineer, for which didn't feel my profile would match after 14 yrs of work experience and hence I did not take up the offer.
