I applied online. I interviewed at Lands' End (New York, NY)
Interview
Phone call with HR and video meetings with manager and director. The interview questions were mostly just the really basic questions and going through my experience. The director looked like she just rolled out of bed and did not seem happy at all. I thought it was very unprofessional. Never heard back at all. If a candidate takes time out of their day to interview, you should have the decency to send a basic email. Save your time and effort and apply elsewhere.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. During our busy holiday season, the interview process can sometimes take longer than it normally would. You should have received communication regarding your interview status by now. We apologize that it took longer than expected.
