First, reached through my text asking for interview dates. After a few days later, one phone call. He asked basic information asking about yourself nothing hard or considerate. It only took me a 10 minutes for the call.

Interview
Recruiter will arrange a call, and then will have 2weeks of training. It was nothing special. Most people would qualify as long as they are bilingual in certain level. I think some people might actaully fail or repeat the process after the interview and start the training.
