The interview process here was extremely disappointing. The company assigns extensive “assessment” tasks that feel like doing free work for them, only to provide no follow-up or communication afterward. This was a frustrating waste of time and demonstrated a lack of respect for candidates. After researching more, I see that the organization has poor employee reviews and an average tenure of about one year, which aligns with my experience of how they treat people from the start. I would not recommend pursuing opportunities here.
