Firstly application process, applicants are screened and chosen for interview. Interview was in IIT Madras, by IIT professors. There are usually 3 professors in the panel and 1 HR from Larsen and Toubro. Questions are personal at start and go on to technical areas after asking your favourite subjects. Questions will be continually asked based on your responses.
