Hiring Manager Interview - This was a first round telephonic interview that lasted 30 minutes focusing on overall L & D experience and possible references from earlier organizations.
This was followed by a Panel Interview with the HR head of the hiring division, the Corporate HR head and a business vertical head

Experience in Assessment and Development centres, Psychometric assessments, how to develop competency frameworks, how to develop role based learning, team size, reasons for change, deep dive into subject matter knowledge - for e.g. a discussion on MBTI preferences, digital learning and how effective digital learning can be.
