The first stage was aptitude test which was from moderate-difficult level. People preparing for MBA entrances can easily qualify. Three sections were there- quant, reasoning and vocabulary Stage 2 - After qualifying the test, next comes interview which was conducted after few days. There were two people who were asking questions one by one. One of them was from the HR team. They asked about my grades and questions related to what I learned in last 3yrs of my BBA. One suggestion I would like to give is be sure about your answer and do not give diplomatic answers.
