First of all to get an interview in LTI you have to pass MCQs and Coding round Basically there are two rounds of interview in LTI. Technical Round interview include Oops concepts and DBMS. Basic Programming concepts are also important. And In HR round interview basic questions can be expected.

i was selected in campus interview. prior to interview they had come to college & aptitude test was carried out to shortlist the candidates. Interview Process took whole day.. personal imterview for 2 hours.
HR & technical round of questions were asked.
