I received a call from an HR recruiter about a month after I had applied for the position online from their website. The interview took around 15 minutes and consisted mainly of general interview questions regarding experience, why I chose that company and position, and where I saw myself in 5 years. Had I been selected for further consideration, there would have also been a skills test and an on-site interview.
