The arrangements were smooth, yet the interviewer was a bit cocky on their own company and look down upon the candidates (me). Really should not have wasted annual leave on this one. Interviewer kept repeating I m not qualified for the post and was pushy while i was trying to answer her questions, that's really really disrespectful.
Afterwards, when they schedule a second interview (candidates need to prepare a 30 min presentation), I asked if they can meet my expected salary (just in case another day of leave wasted). HR was strict forward and denied so. Why the hell waste my time and efforts on your company if you are looking down upon me and can't offer what I expect? They are all well listed on my resume. Do not waste time on this company while they do not appreciate so.

Question 1
What are your experiences in working with transitioning customers from on-premise software to SaaS
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Laserfiche in Apr 2015
Interview
Frustrating waste of my time and effort. Process took a little more than a month. Met recruiter at Career Fair, received an analytical assignment and had a phone screening with the recruiter. I believe I performed well at every stage. Process moved forward at snails pace with delayed little to no follow up and communication with an inexperienced recruiter who was always unavailable by phone or email. Took 3 weeks after phone screening for recruiter to tell me that they were not moving forward with my candidacy.
