First, there is a phone interview with a recruiter which is pretty easy. Then, you will most likely be invited to their office where you will have an interview with the VP and the VP of Sales. The VP asks a lot of hard questions including, "how would you sell our product", even before explaining what their product is or how it works, not to mention their website does not explain anything in detail, so the research I did beforehand was not that helpful. The VP of sales will probably not ask you any questions, and just tell you about the company, or at least that's what he did with me, then tell you he would like to speak with you in two days to talk more about the position, but he never answered my phone call. I found that to be very unprofessional. I've read the accounts from people who actually worked here, and from what I have seen they are most likely accurate. There were not a lot of smiling faces inside this building.
