I interviewed at Laserfiche (Long Beach, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
Initial Process involved a review of my resume and why I was interested in the position.
Next process involved two questions. One was a programming question similar to the knapsack problem. The other question was open-ended; given a scenario on a manufacturing plant with multiple views from various managers to determine what the root cause of an issue was.
Afterwards was the onsite interview.
Initially it was behavioral questions such as Tell me about a time when you had to make a decision but wasn't sure of its outcome? and Tell me about your team experience in the past?
(Was very particular in giving lots of details.)
Next part involved technical quesitons.
Programming: Was asked to write a function that takes in an integer N and prints out all of the prime numbers till N.
Logic Question:
1. Given 9 balls with one ball heavier than the rest and a balance, what is the least number of tries to determine the heavier ball?
