The process took a few weeks. I sent in the application online and received an interview request within a week or so. I was brought into interview in the Hong Kong office which is in a slightly obscure industrial area, strange for most Hong Kong businesses. I interviewed with the International VP of Sales and then the MD came in and had a chat. They are both very talkative so didn't have much to contribute. They asked me typical interview questions like "why Laserfiche" and "where do you see yourself in 5 years". Be informed about the landscape and ask lots of questions about the day to day tasks, vision of the company, and management style as those are all important for small companies.
