Hiring manager got so much aura they don’t even meet candidates at first. You gotta submit a recorded video interview, survive the screening process, and get approved by the council before you earn the right to speak with them. 😭
Recruiter called me, jumped immediately into questions. He didn't really tell me much about the position....I got the feeling he didn't think I was good for this role, and I was ok with it being, the salary for this position is too far below average!
