Once I do get a reply we have to set up an interview day which was easy enough at first until it had to be rescheduled and the location was moved about 90 miles. At the interview I was brought into an upstairs office where everyone from corporate hides, so my interview went on with the deli corporate manager and marketing team in the same room. John Odahara was very excited to tell them how low my expected starting wage was, "tell them what you told me about your pay". Todd and Joshua (GM and HR) both hired me immediately realizing the same thing. I was expected to drive with the owner as part of the hiring process that never happened.
