I saw a job opening on craigslist posted by Ray the produce manager to fill an open produce position, so I responded with my resume' via e-mail. Go inside the store the next late morning to register five and request an application. The store manager, Scott P., will call for an interview. Next the individual department head (produce, perishables, grocery, health and beauty, front end cashiers, kitchen and or finally the vitamin and supplement manager depending on position will be there. Also, the store manager and the individual departments regional manager (Andrew Lassen in my case) will all meet with you in the store managers (Scott Parvel) office. Then all three managers will interview and ask you questions. After that initial interview I had for a produce position by the way, I called Ray (produce manager) he informed me to speak with Scott. So then after contacting Scott he said he would call me back in two to three days. At this point I had my first interview and followed up once. One in a half weeks later I had received a call from Scott who then changed my position to deli clerk and said that's all he can offer. I of course took the offer starting at $10 per hour and the rest is history.
