The recruiting coordinator was extremely unprofessional and as per my recent LinkedIn search, seems she was let go and understandably so. She got on the phone, mispronounced my name, and was laughing hysterically when I told her the correct pronunciation. My name is French and it's nothing crazy; even if it were, that does not justify laughing hard on the phone, humored because you butchered my name. Have some tact and decorum. She also rushed me through the process of telling her about my background. I don't even think she spent 10 minutes speaking with me. Important pieces, relevant to the job at hand were never discussed because she wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise and she didn't let me finish. Was it so hard to have a 30 min discussion, as scheduled? It was an absolutely terrible interview experience; arguably one of the worst yet.
